Upon receipt of a completed booking request form, Villa Saia will send the following documents via email:
• A booking request confirmation
• A final invoice
• A booking confirmation (once full payment has been received)
For online bookings, all payments must be made via bank transfer or the Wise platform.
Please note that all bank or transfer fees are the responsibility of the guest, and Villa Saia must receive the full invoiced amount.
Villa Saia will hold the selected dates for up to 72 hours pending payment confirmation.
No reservation is considered firm or final until full payment has been received.
Villa Saia reserves the right to cancel any unpaid reservation if the full balance is not received by the due date.
All prices include applicable taxes at the time of booking.
Should any new legal or regulatory taxes be introduced by relevant authorities, these will automatically be reflected in the final amount due at the time of billing.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to: villasaiagili@gmail.com.
The email send date will be used to determine the applicable refund amount.
• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund (minus any bank or transfer fees)
• 30 days or less before arrival: no refund will be issued
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect your trip.
Villa Saia shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, cancellation, or changes resulting from force majeure events such as natural disasters, fires, airport closures, or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Please note: no-shows, late arrivals, or early departures are non-refundable.
